2 slices of your choice of fresh bread
Salt & Pepper a pinch each
Some grated cheese
Apply butter to each slice of bread. (If the butter is frozen dice as much as you require show it a little heat & make it into a paste.)
Sprinkle grated cheese on one slice of buttered bread & sprinkle salt & pepper & cover with sliced tomatoe & put the second bread on top.
Serve with Tomatoe sauce.
If you do not like tomatoe in your sandwich you can put sliced cucumber pieces or omit both the vegetables all together. All three versions taste delicious.
If you are making a lot of sandwiches wrap them in a damp cotton muslin cloth so that they do not become dry by the time you serve them.

This recipe would seem like a no brainer , as simple as boiling an egg! But if you want to do it right this is the way…
Grilled Vegetable Cheese Sandwaich
Some grated cheese, onions, tomatoes & green chillies.
Bread slices 4 No.s
Some Salt & Black or White pepper
Apply some oil on a home sandwich griller & place 2 slices of bread side by side and put the grated cheese, onions, tomatoes & green chillies on both the bread slices, sprinkle some salt and pepper & cover them with the remaining 2 bread slices. Put some oil on top of the bread slices on top & close the lid of the griller & wait till the green light goes on.
